You’ll book your ride in the Uber app. If your Brightline account phone number matches the phone number associated with your Uber account, the voucher will be automatically applied to your Uber account. If not, you’ll receive the Uber voucher in your email directly from Uber.
Book your Mears Shared Connect Shuttle or Luxury Private ride through the reservation links available on our Brightline+ Mobility and Mears offers page.
You will book your Uber ride on demand in your personal Uber app and make any changes needed in real time. When modifying a train reservation, your previous voucher will be canceled and a new one will be issued to you once you complete your new booking.
Each one-way reservation qualifies for one (1) $10 voucher. If you reserve a round trip in PREMIUM, you will receive two (2) $10 vouchers.
No, vouchers are not stackable and each $10 Uber voucher must be used for one ride.

Event Shuttles are specially designed to take you directly to select games and events. When booking your train ticket, look for the event icon. We even offer complimentary shuttles for select events!
Neighborhood Electric Vehicles are powered by Circuit and offer all-electric, eco-friendly shuttle services around stations and downtown areas in selected cities. Simply book your ride through the Circuit app.
Fixed Route Shuttles operate in Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami, offering roundtrip service to top destinations. You can track live shuttle locations and view complete schedules and routes through our app or website.
Depending on the station, you can rent either BrightBikes or CitiBikes. For instance, BrightBikes are available at the West Palm Beach Station, while CitiBikes can be rented at the MiamiCentral Station.
