Miami, FL (November 11, 2025) – Central Fare, approaching its six-month anniversary at MiamiCentral, is welcoming Sipping Station as the newest local dining option to the downtown food collective. A Basque-inspired wine and tapas bar pairing curated boutique vintners with Spanish-and-French bites, Sipping Station is the latest concept of Chèvre Miami’s Mario Naar and sommelier Matthieu Yamoum. The Sipping Station joins a collection of 10+ food boutiques in downtown Miami’s newest culinary destination dedicated to the city’ s diverse food culture.

“As Central Fare approaches its six-month anniversary, I am proud of the talented team of restauranteurs who have quickly built such a strong community through comradery to create a unique Miami experience,” shares Brightline Florida CEO Patrick Goddard. “Locals are embracing the venue, planning events, and visitors are experiencing many Miami favorites under one roof. Sipping Station is a welcomed addition as we approach the season with Art Basel, a busy sports schedule, the holidays and more.”

Central Fare is on the second level of Brightline’s MiamiCentral station, a dynamic mixed-use development at the heart of downtown Miami’s transportation hub.
