An institution may qualify for the Brightline EDU Student Discount Program if all of the following criteria are met:
The institution is an accredited public or private college or university.
The institution’s main campus is in the state of Florida.
The institution enrolls students in undergraduate, graduate, or professional degree programs.
The institution can support student verification by issuing school-managed student email addresses.
Ineligible Institutions
An institution does not qualify if any of the following apply:
The institution is not accredited.
The institution’s main campus is located outside Florida.
The institution operates exclusively as an online‑only university with no in‑person Florida presence.
