We kindly ask that you familiarize yourself and your teams with the updated fare rules and policies. Please click the link here for all specific fare details. Some changes are highlighted below.

We have added a required field in the booking process, “Country of Residence”. Moving forward we will need the traveler’s country of origin to be input in this field when completing a booking.

Must have all of the travelers' names when making a booking and use the traveler's email, not the email of the booking agent, or wholesaler. (Can use the same email for all passengers as long as it belongs to one of the travelers).

We have introduced two pricing tiers (low and high), in addition to adding FLEX fares. Please see the new rate schedule here and take note that the fares to be charged are based on date of travel, not date of booking.

If cancelling a SMART SELECT or PREMIUM SELECT fare 15 days or less to departure, a cancel fee equaling 25% of the net fare will be invoiced.

All SELECT fares will incur a $2.00 per booking change fee for any modifications made less than 5 hours to the scheduled departure time.

As a reminder, adult fares are valid for ages 13 and above, child fares ages 3-12, and Infant lap child (not paying for a seat) valid for children 2 and under.

An MCO Airport Fee of $1.50 per Brightline guest will be added to each Orlando departure ticket to cover departure fees charged by Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA). To date, Brightline has covered the cost on behalf of guests. In order to provide the best experience possible for guests departing from Orlando, this cost will now be attached to each ticket departing from Brightline Orlando Station.

 Therefore, for any trips departing from Orlando, the fare will reflect the above capped rate, with a $1.50 fee added on.
