Boarding Pass Retrieval
Boarding passes are not sent by e-mail. Passengers will be invited to go to the gobrightline.com website or mobile application under the “Manage Trips” section to download their boarding passes.
Travelers will be invited to register or sign-in. It’s not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. Please advise travelers to sign-in, in order to receive service update notification and ease the compensation claiming process in case of delay and/or cancellations.
To collect the ticket, passengers should enter First Name and Last Name and as Ticket Number one of the two options below:
Amadeus Record Locator, aka PNR
BE record locator, available in the 1A PNR / Itinerary
Once the reservation is displayed, the traveler will be able to download the ticket on his/her device.
Please note, no modifications and/or cancellations are enabled on GDS booking during the check-in process. For avoidance of doubt:
No name change is allowed
No date/time modification is allowed
No cancellation is allowed
Only seat modification is enabled, at the following conditions:
PREMIUM PLUS, PREMIUM STANDARD and SMART PLUS, on any Origin-Destination pair
SMART STANDARD, only on long-haul itineraries (i.e. from/to MCO)
