In recent months, it has become increasingly difficult to accommodate all Guests as peak trains are reaching capacity. We continue to evaluate the best approach to balance customer demand — and as a result, the sale of Train Passes will be discontinued effective June 1, 2024. Here’s what you can expect from this change.

- The sale of new SoFlo Solo Passes, SoFlo Shared Passes, and All Station Shared Passes will be discontinued.
- Current passholders may continue to use their pass until it expires.

Brightline Passes are prepaid SMART ride bundles designed to offer savings and flexibility for frequent travel. Simply choose your travel region and your desired number of rides:
South Florida Passes (10, 20, 40 rides within 30 days of purchase)
Orlando Pass (10 rides within 60 days of purchase)
- South Florida Passes: Your Pass is active for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, and you may book up to 7 days in advance of each travel date. This is a continuous 7-day rolling window which moves while your Pass is active.
Orlando Pass: Your Pass is active for 60 calendar days from the date of purchase and booking window will reduce with each passing day until the Pass is fully expired 60 days after purchase.

Booking trains with adjacent departures, also known as duplicate bookings, is not allowed. Duplicate bookings include, but are not limited to, reservations on multiple trains by the same Guest on the same day between the same or similar cities on one or more itineraries, such as booking the 4:50 pm, 5:05 pm, and 6:00 pm northbound departure out of Miami.
Impossible bookings are also not allowed. These are bookings on trains for which it is impossible for the Guest to travel on both or all, such as a southbound out of Orlando and northbound out of Miami in the same 3-hour block.
