It has become increasingly difficult to accommodate Guests onboard our trains as we have continued to reach capacity — particularly during peak travel times.
Effective June 1, 2024, the sale of new All Station Shared Passes, SoFlo Shared Passes, and SoFlo Solo Passes are being discontinued. The Miami ↔ Aventura Commuter Pass, priced at $299 SMART and valid for 40 rides in 30 days, will remain available in limited quantities.
You may continue to purchase the All Station Shared Pass, SoFlo Shared Pass, and SoFlo Solo Pass through May 31, 2024.
We invite you to continue to use your Train Pass until it expires, 30 days from the purchase date. As of June 1, 2024, the only pass available for sale will be the Miami ↔ Aventura Commuter Pass, which is only for Miami Dade residents and available in limited quantities.
If you would like to keep your monthly parking pass, you may continue to purchase it on a monthly basis or keep it on auto-renewal. If you wish to disconnect your monthly parking pass, you may do so within your account.
There is nothing you need to do to your Train Pass. Your Train Pass will expire based on your purchase date and will no longer be available for sale or auto-renewal beginning June 1, 2024. If you would like to cancel your monthly parking pass, you must log into your Brightline account and disable auto-renew.
Whether you are enrolled in auto-renew or purchase monthly, your pass will expire based on the purchase date and will not be eligible for renewal starting June 1, 2024.
If your Pass expires after June 30, you may use it until it expires based on its purchase date.
You may continue to take Brightline for your commute, without the use of a Train Pass — by paying the prevailing rate or purchasing a pack of pre-paid rides at a fixed rate. Starting June 1, we will be offering two options for 10-Ride Packs, which expire 30 days from purchase. We invite current passholders to enjoy your first Fixed Rate 10-Ride SMART Pack on us. We have worked with South Florida Regional Transportation Authority to facilitate a new Tri-Rail express route serving daily commuters between West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Brightline MiamiCentral Station. This plan was recently presented to the Tri-Rail Board and will be up for a vote in May.
We will not be offering exclusive discounts or happy hours in-station at this time. However, stay connected on email and social for the latest details on deals, promotions, and our upcoming loyalty program. To thank you for your loyalty, you may enjoy your first 10-Ride SMART Pack on us. Look out for an email for more details.
Passholders with an active pass between April 29 and May 31 are eligible to receive a Complimentary Fixed Rate 10-Ride Pack. It will be automatically loaded into your Brightline Wallet when your current pass expires. If it has already expired, it will be added to your Brightline Wallet on May 31.
The complimentary Fixed Rate 10-Ride Pack will expire within 30 days of being issued or once all rides have been used — whichever comes first.
The complimentary Fixed Rate 10-Ride Pack will be added to your Brightline Wallet when your current Train Pass expires. If it’s already expired and you were an active passholder between April 29 and May 31, you’ll see it on May 31 in your Brightline Wallet.
Auto-renew is not available for this Fixed Rate 10-Pack.
