Make your way straight up to the very top of The Dalmar hotel and you’ll find Sparrow, a sophisticated rooftop bar that offers panoramic views of both the city and the sea. The space has midcentury modern vibes with lush, curved banquettes indoors and a more playful oasis of greenery outside.

Asian flavors meet tropical vibes on Sparrow’s food menu. Like the drinks, the food puts twists on old favorites like chicken skewers with a mojo-chili glaze and sour orange crema; edamame dumplings in a truffle broth; and a strip steak with Korean BBQ sauce and kimchi. The flavors pair perfectly with the well-rounded menu, and the plates are good for sharing.
