Indulge in lunch starters like pumpkin bisque or chipotle agave charred brussels sprouts before digging into entrées like fish tacos, a medianoche Cuban sandwich, smoked jerk chicken with slaw, and Cuban pulled pork penne pasta. For dinner, start with fisherman’s ceviche with leche de tigre or charred shishito peppers.
