When you drop off your vehicle, your valet attendant will collect your phone number. You’ll receive a confirmation text with your ticket number. You’ll then be prompted to request your vehicle via text or by showing your ticket number to the valet attendant.
Our valet service is accessible 24/7 through text. Please text the number provided to you during drop-off and a valet attendant will bring your vehicle.
There is no limitation on the number of days your vehicle can be parked at valet. Enjoy your travels!

Yes, if you're unable to pick up your car, someone else can collect it on your behalf. They will need to present a screenshot of the virtual valet ticket that was issued when the vehicle was dropped off. Alternatively, you can call the management office for verification to facilitate the pickup.
