How It Works
Please visit the Guest Services desk in the station to take advantage of our Connect With Confidence program. So you can travel with peace of mind knowing you’re protected from unexpected delays.
Present your flight information and Brightline ticket at the Brightline Station Guest Services desk. To qualify, your name must match on both reservations.
For eligibility, ensure your flight’s scheduled arrival time meets the following criteria.
- Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando Guests, ensure your flight’s scheduled arrival time is at least two hours before your train’s departure.
Once your information is validated, we’ll rebook you on the next available train, matching your fare type— at no extra cost to you.
For those traveling in large groups, we’ll work with you to find the train that best accommodates your needs.
