Verify your account information
is accurate to prevent data loss.
We’re moving to a new login authentication system that will no longer require your password, and to ensure a seamless experience, we ask that you verify your account so you can continue to access your information. This includes the ability to retain access to your Passes, Brightline Credits, and Brightline Rewards points.
What to do now:
Make sure your first name, last name, phone number, and date of birth are correct within your Brightline Profile Settings.
What happens on November 4?
The first time you log in, you will receive a link via email. Once you successfully verify your email, you will be asked how to authenticate moving forward.
For reference, the authentication methods will be: an OTP (one-time passcode) via email, or an SMS text message with a one-time passcode in it.
IMPORTANT: If you’re not able to verify your email, you will lose access to your Brightline Account, including any Brightline Credits, Passes, and Brightline Rewards points, and you will be asked to create a new account.
