Verify your account information

We’re moving to a new login authentication system that will no longer require your password, and to ensure a seamless experience, we ask that you verify your account so you can continue to access your information. This includes the ability to retain access to your Passes, Brightline Credits, and Brightline Rewards points.

What to do now: 

  • Make sure your first name, last name, phone number, and date of birth are correct within your Brightline Profile Settings. 

 

What happens on November 4?

  • The first time you log in, you will receive a link via email. Once you successfully verify your email, you will be asked how to authenticate moving forward. 

  • For reference, the authentication methods will be: an OTP (one-time passcode) via email, or an SMS text message with a one-time passcode in it. 


IMPORTANT: If you’re not able to verify your email, you will lose access to your Brightline Account, including any Brightline Credits, Passes, and Brightline Rewards points, and you will be asked to create a new account.

Brightline+ FAQs

A partnership with Uber will expand Brightline+’s fleet and offer access to unlimited vehicles at an affordable rate.

Brightline+ has expanded its fleet by providing private rides powered by Uber. After selecting your train and seat, you will be prompted to add an Uber ride to your trip as an extra. Follow the prompts to book your ride to or from our stations, anywhere Uber operates. For Premium guests, UberX ride is complimentary within a 5 mile radius of our stations.

Yes. Brightline+ private in-app booking was launched last year to provide guests with a first and last mile option. The success of this service has allowed us to partner with Uber in order to continue meeting demand and expanding our service radius to reach more destinations.

If your train is delayed and you miss your Uber ride, please see a Guest Service Agent at our station.

Ubers will pick up and drop off at the designated Brightline+ areas of each station. These will be identified with Brightline+ wayfinding.

Brightline does not charge guests a service fee. Guests pay the rate established by Uber for their ride.

Brightline+ private rides are powered by Uber. This allows Brightline to facilitate Uber rides on behalf of our guests on the Brightline platform. Your Uber ride is automatically coordinated with train departure and arrival times, will pick you up in time to make your departing train and be waiting for you when you disembark your arriving train.

Yes. Partnering with Uber expands our fleet of Brightline+ vehicles to best meet rider demand, minimizing wait times, and expanding our service radius to reach more destinations.

Yes, Brightline+’s Uber rides are available to be booked to and from all Brightline stations including the new stations in Boca Raton and Aventura from any pick up or drop off location.

We are excited to be the first intercity, higher-speed rail line in the country to partner with Uber on first and last mile transportation to our stations. As Brightline expands, we will continue to provide first and last mile options tailored to each station.

Rides will be charged as an extra at the time of booking your train ticket. For PREMIUM guests, the fee will be reduced to $0 at the end of the purchasing flow for rides within a 5 mile radius.

Premium guests will receive complimentary Uber rides within a 5 mile radius of our stations.

Since the guest’s payment information is already saved in the Brightline app, they do not need to link to a separate payment method.

Brightline customers do not need to have the Uber app on their devices to book an Uber ride. An Uber can be pre-booked directly through the Brightline app during the ticket purchasing process. The option to book an Uber will appear in the “add extras” section.

Yes, guests can now book private Uber rides directly to all airports and ports. In addition, in FLL and MIA, we offer walk up fixed route shuttles to the airport, available on a first come first serve basis, no reservation required. Airport pickups are coming soon!

Yes, to provide more reliable service at Port Miami and Port Everglades, guests can now book private Uber rides directly to all ports.

There is no $15 credit. Premium guests will receive complimentary Uber rides within a 5 mile radius of our stations. The entire cost of the ride will be covered at check out.

Yes. Guests will receive a series of text messages with information about their ride including driver contact information, vehicle information, and a link to track their ride. For guests with the Uber app downloaded on their phones, the tracking link will open in the Uber app. For guests without the app, the tracking link will open in their browser window. For more information, please see our Terms of Service.

Guests may edit their trip to add a ride up until the time they scan their boarding pass at the turnstile, or the time boarding closes, whichever comes first. We recommend scheduling your ride at least 1 hour before you need to be picked up in order to ensure on time arrival.

Pre-booked Uber rides scheduled through the Brightline app or website will honor upfront pricing.

For up to 6 guests, choose UberXL. For parties of more than 6, please book on separate reservations to ride in multiple cars.
