Tori Forbes-Roberts, President and Chief Commercial Officer

Tori Forbes-Roberts has served as President and Chief Commercial Officer since April 2025, previously Senior Vice President at Delta. Mrs. Forbes-Roberts brings over 25 years of diverse transportation roles within Northwest Airlines and Delta Air Lines, including sales development, loyalty partnerships, pricing and revenue management, digital transformation, customer care, and reservation sales. Mrs. Forbes-Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from McGill University, Montreal, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.
