Mauricio Anderson, CFO & CIO

Mauricio H. Anderson serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Brightline Holdings, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, capital structure, and long-term growth initiatives. Mauricio previously served as Chief Investment Officer and brings deep familiarity with Brightline’s business, strategy, and long-term priorities, having been with the organization and its parent company, Florida East Coast Industries, since 2013. 

 

At FECI, Mauricio served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer, where he oversaw financial planning, investment strategy, and the capitalization and monetization of the Company's significant infrastructure and commercial real estate portfolio, including transit-oriented development (TOD) and industrial real estate platforms. 

 

Prior to joining Brightline and FECI, Mauricio held senior capital markets and investment management roles at Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, L.P., Equity One, Inc., and Trammell Crow Company. Mauricio holds a B.A. degree from Swarthmore College.
