Andrea Melotti, Vice President of Guest Experience
Andrea Melotti serves as Brightline’s Vice President of Guest Experience, overseeing all guest-facing teams aboard the trains and across the stations. He leads efforts to elevate service standards, drive team engagement, and enhance every step of the guest journey.
Andrea brings more than three decades of global hospitality experience to Brightline. Before joining the company, he was Executive Vice President of Operations at Graduate Hotels, where he led a collection of 34 distinctive properties across the U.S. and U.K. Previously, he spent 18 years at Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, helping grow the brand from 7 to 42 properties in 17 countries as Vice President of Operations.
His earlier career included leadership roles at iconic hotels such as the Sagamore, Raleigh, and Bentleys in Miami Beach, the Carlton IHG in Cannes, Fairmont Raffles in Paris, and the InterContinental in London.
Andrea’s track record includes numerous accolades for brand innovation, multiple JD Power Best Hotel Company awards, and consistent achievement of over 90% of stretch financial and quality goals. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Eric Friedheim Tourism Institute at the University of Florida.
