Shaboozey is a Virginia-born singer, songwriter, rapper, record producer, and filmmaker. His music blends hip-hop, country, and Americana. Shaboozey is a genre-blending artist whose music fuses hip-hop, country, rock, and Americana, drawing influence from artists like Johnny Cash and the Rolling Stones, as well as filmmakers like Martin Scorsese. After gaining national recognition from the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse soundtrack in 2018, his career accelerated with major releases like Cowboys Live Forever, Outlaws Never Die (2022) and a breakout collaboration with Beyoncé on Cowboy Carter (2024), including his chart-topping hit "A Bar Song (Tipsy)". By 2024, Shaboozey had become a prominent cultural figure, performing at major events, releasing his third album Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going, and earning multiple Grammy nominations.
